What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My current mini-goal is to get back down to the weight I was when I got married. Only need to lose another 5lbs to do that. Hopefully will hit it this month. Not sure what my next one will be yet. One goal at a time5

after weight not really moving since August I'm ready to worik at it again. 10lbs That's into healthy BMI and I think my final goal weight.9

I am 0.9 pounds past my mini goal of reaching 284, which was 20% lost. My next three mini goals are
280: Which will be 50 pounds lost and it is 3.1 pounds away
272.5: Which will be 25% lost and it is 10.6 pounds away
270: Which will be 60 pounds lost and it is 13.1 pounds away.14 -
Mini-mini: less than 3 pounds to be out of the obese bmi category!8

Continuing to someday see this lower belly gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything else is getting in top shape first bc my body is punking me rn.7

Holiday vacation. I wanna ring in the new year looking and feeling, even better. Also. gained back a few lbs, so I'm pushing myself back on track.2

Today I'm finally under 60 kg. My motivation is to have 55 kg till my sister's wedding.7

This week I am aiming to get 100 mins on treadmill and 50 mins on the elliptical machine. I have been putting off going to the gym for the longest time now. This will hopefully help me get in the habit.

The next 3-5 lbs. Not sure if I bounced up 2 lbs bc of water weight last time I weighed myself, but I'm hoping next weigh in will show I have 3 lbs or less to be less than 10 lbs away from goal.2

Would like to lose at least 5 more pounds before a family event next month to make it an even 60 lost before I see everyone.
I also have some shirts from back in the day that I really like and held onto for some reason that are just on the verge of being super comfortable.6 -

Second mini goal?
To not gain weight while on vacation.

I want to be the pretty girl I was when he met me (149) not the depressed complacent sow I became beside him (170). Out with him -and- what I allowed. I have 7lbs to grind off. I will do it, and be prepared for another smile, on someone else's lips.5

I got the go-ahead in physical therapy to try running again, so I started a 5K program today. I forgot how amazing running makes me feel!
Mini-goal is to finish injury free and able to run at least 3 miles 8 wks from now.4 -
135. I've been stalled for about two weeks, figure I should just go for the next multiple of five to get back in the groove.2

I have one of Oprah's jackets I bought when she was selling clothes from her closet for charity. It's just a bit small but I can't wait until I can fit into it. I'm hoping some of her confidence will rub off on me. Lol9

I have a ski trip planned to Whistler in February. On top of wanting to feel better and ski longer without doing so much damage to my knees, there are other activities I'd like to enjoy. I want to ride the skeleton at the Olympic Sliding Centre. To do so, the rider and clothing combined have to weigh under 220 lbs. I had lost 50 lbs previously and put 35 back on. To get to a target weight I'm looking at losing 50 lbs again to get me down to around 213. I carry my weight well and no one ever guesses how much I weigh but I feel it. Riding that skeleton is my first driving force, but feeling better all around is my ultimate goal.3

hey.. thanks for asking.. I went today.. but i will have to slog off the rest of the week to reach the goal.2 -
I have a short trip away next week, set myself a mini goal to lose 12lbs by then. Nailed that this morning, a week early. Took me 25 days I am over 300lbs so the first bit does come off quickly. Now for the other 2lbs to make a stone (I'm in the UK so that's how I think of weight). Much wine and some eating out is involved on my trip but will try not to blow my progress too much.
Small steps.....7 -
I have a few small goals:
Log everything I eat and drink daily
Run for 20 minutes straight again
Drink at least 80 oz of water daily again
I kind of got off track and I want to get back on track with everything.

Everybody's goals are awesome and made me think of mine.
1. I have a 10% weight loss goal, I have lost 10 and have 15 to go.
2. To lose 66 lbs (under 200 lbs) lost 23 so far
3. To be in a size 123 -
I would like to lose 5-10 pounds more pounds before I go on an airplane in a month. Visiting my brother in Florida and I want to wear a size down pair of shorts I found on clearance. He is more style oriented than I am and I want to see his reaction when I show up in a pair of non khaki non cargo shorts.7
