I'm glad I found this.
SW: 76kgs (167)
CW:73kgs (160)
GW:65kgs (143)
I'm not very much concerned about how much I would weight, and its coming off slowly as I'm working on strength and muscle building. Doing 1200-1300cal/day and 3 hours swimming (drills)/week.0 -

SW: 154
CW: 148.5
GW: 130 - 135
I'd be happy just making it back into the 130s again.0 -
I'm 5'4" (is it close enough?)
SW 172 (78 kg)
CW 130 (59 kg)
GW between 121 and 114, I'll see how I'll look like (55-52 kg)0 -
I'm 57 and a nice hourglass figure with 41"-31"-41".
SW 78.8 kg
CW 67.2kg
GW 66.5 kg
To me the way i feel and think about myself is more important than the scales. When i look in the mirror i see a lovely good proportioned figure. Those last few ounces are really not important anymore. If i never lose them, thats fine too.0 -

5'5" - 5'6" (doctor offices measure me differently, it seems)
SW: 167
CW: 157
GW: 135-140
It's interesting seeing that some people at this height have a goal weight that is my current weight. My body apparently doesn't like my starting and current weight, as I have back pain caused by carrying all my weight in my lower tummy and chest region. A flatter stomach will help the back pain for me.
I wonder if some of us are better off at a lower weight than other people at this height because of where fat tends to distribute on an individual's body.1 -
I'm 5'5 too, I'm currently starting my journey
CW:168lbs
GW:120lbs0 -

I have maintained for almost a year now. It will be a year in November.
YOU CAN DO IT!!1 -
@TanyaHooton I know for me I've always had really chunky thighs. I started at 156 and after losing 20 pounds my thighs have barely budged!! Really. My waist got smaller but not my thighs, so jeans have gotten tricky lol. I'm hoping with more pounds lost my thighs will finally start to slim down. These last pounds are hard for me though. My body wants to hang on tight for some reason0

@lucyleigh4 what would you say got you down to the weight you are? Congrats on maintaining. That's motivation for me lol.0

My goal has changed numerous times. As I get closer I can tell I still need to loose. I started thinking 165, then 155 then 147 now 135? I may not make it all that way but we'll see. Last time I was at a weight that I looked good I was 135 but I was 18, lol. Might be too old for that now.0 -
