    here's what i think happened...

    OP reads Mens Health magazine and sees the fabulous 'burpee fitness test'...

    OP makes this thread, all super excited...

    OP tries a few burpees....

    we all merrily post away....

    OP decides he cant admit he can only do 7 good form burpees, even though its a fitness test and the point is to improve your performance over time...

    I can do 10 really bad form (worm, no push-up) & then loll on the floor for a minute before doing it again.

    Is girly supposed to be insulting? Nice to see misogyny still alive and well............

    There's a thing in management training about not asking anyone to do something you're not prepared to do yourself. I feel like this also applies here. Why the hell should I do what you're demanding when you can't even be bothered to do it yourself? Particularly when you're doing your best to insult a lot of seasoned posters asking for your numbers.

    But only after eating red pepper because it upsets my tummy so.
