Whoa! Another 2lbs gone since last weigh in. I must start transitioning to maintenance eating. I've already cut down coffee consumption. I must now rid myself of my other appetite suppressing vice: vaping. It's kept me off of cigarettes for almost 3 years, but I think it's time to cut the nicotine to zero. This girl's obviously got to up her eating game soon!

Phew! Finally feeling back on track. Work is still kicking my a** but things are getting better.
Weigh in today is 192.2lbs. Back down from a recent water weight high of 199.6, and an original starting weight of 251.8 in March of 2015.

Halloween candy got me, but only a little bit. Up to 193.4lbs today. Not so bad, indulged a bit yesterday but I am doing great today. Next week will look much better.2 -

Today is my 2 month annivesary of starting this woe and woke up to find I had a little whoosh 1.8 lbs gone overnight!!!
