    I don't think that I've really been losing calories, but I am implementing special weight loss protocol for when I need to lose weight... quest bars. Other than that I am going to rely on bars that are like quest bars (Kirkland signature protein bars are an imitator of quest bars and are only about a dollar per bar where I picked them up in socal), i'm also really glad that I've been eating a lot of nutritious foods. I plan to lose 1.5-2 pounds per week now.

    Finally back on track, 157lbs is what I usually weigh. Last week I decided to begin following iifym as a new eating method. I started on Wednesday and did go over a bit on the weekend, I'm working on correcting the bad eating habits on the weekends.

    I am a day late this week. Awesome job to everyone who lost weight this week. Also, great job to those who did not gain. Keeping it off is also an achievement!!

    I am dancing around the same number for few weeks now. Not calorie counting or excercising but reminding myself to watch what I eat "most of the time" . Good luck everyone for next week.

    Are you getting close to your goal weight. I found for several weeks I will yoyo between 3 pounds. Then eventually my body resets to the smaller number, and repeats the cycle with a new set of numbers. Those last few pounds are hard, and if you are strength training you may be increasing lean muscle and losing inches. At this stage, the number on the scale does not necessarily tell the whole story.

    Yes I am very close. I have made peace with my weight now, after losing over 20 lbs post pregnancy. Aslong I like myself in pictures I am good lol just being real. And, as long as I don't gain by end of this challenge I am good to go. Logging in weight every week keeps me accountable. I am just eating normal food now no dieting or calorie cutting.

    No huge progress for this week. Health setbacks and lots of antibiotics for the last 3 weeks are not helping the weight loss.

    I keep going up and down the same 3-4 pounds. Very frustrating! Trying to increase my walking and water consumption to get over this awful bronchitis.

    A little quicker than I'd like this week, so I'll up the calories a bit.

    No fancy diets. I started c25k running, and I watch my calories. I've had some ugly binges, but I broke my step record 3 times this week to even it out. Calories in + calories out
