When I lose this 2.6 pounds I told myself I get to redo my kid's bathroom decor. They outgrew yellow duckies about 5 years ago. I'm looking forward to changing it!
Haha- I'm 62 and just about ready for yellow duckies again.7 -

I reached -145# in Oct and now want to earn the -150# charm from WW. So My mini goal is 226.
THEN when I reach 224 I will be only 24# away from 200. When I began Jan 2013 I was 24# away from 400 pounds, weighing in at 376 at my first WW meeting.
Then I will see how much below 200 I can get.20 -
To reach Obese Class 1 in January. Just 18.4 pounds away....5

Reached my mini goal of losing 25 lbs! I am 26 lbs down. My other mini goal reached as well to buy some cute holiday outfits in a smaller size than I have seen in years.6

1. Still have my same mini goal to work every day (or at least 5 days a week even in the teaching year!)
2. I am adding a mini goal to break through my plateau to get to the 160's only a couple of lbs to lose.3 -
i want my 70lb overhead press. i almost got it about a month ago. 65 felt like a breeze the whole time, 67.5 was perfectly fine, so it was totally within reach. but i made two or three tries for 70 that got up to my hairline and i could not lock them out. and then i tweaked something shoulder-y doing something else and had to go back down and climb up again.
i want that press, damn it. i even just want that 'hah, 65?? i laugh in the face of your 65' level back. i'm at 60 right now, but i hate to admit that a set of 3 turned into a pretty grim fight at the end.
i just feel like being able to press 70 pounds with any level of confidence at age 51 is almost qualification for a badass handstamp.11 -

7 more lbs. that gets me 80.5lbs down, and at 170lbs, which is about what I think my number should be. I'll probably hit it by the end of the year. From there, it's maintenance and recomp10

I've been very consistent since posting and have been hitting the gym everyday since. I normally just go for Spin Class or Circuits then tag along to whatever class follows that. I've also been really good with my walking. I walk 2.3 miles to the gym and another 2.3 back home so I'm quite pleased with that.
Today I also signed up with a personal trainer for 6 weeks just to learn technique and form and be set on a good guide. He's meant to be great too, I really liked his Spin Class on Sat.
How about you? How's it going today? Keep at it hun x8 -

Just bought a coat online with no chance to return ( it's a vintage piece) and it fits the waist but not the bust so I reckon if I lose another 14 lb it will fit...that will do as a goal till new year. Tired of being top- heavy but that's my genes I guess!8

Can't find my original post but it was to get rid of two back rolls that were touching each other... well they've pretty much gone!!
Next mini goal is to get from Obese to Overweight - a difference of 15lbs for me. So... onwards!15 -
My mini goal is to see myself at 138 lbs, the weight I was during my pregnancy (I gained about 31 pounds more after 2 kids. I have shed around 16 of those awful pounds)
SW: 169 lbs
CW: 152.8 lbs
MGW: 138 lbs
GW: 120(ish) lbs7 -

I have only 6.8 lbs until I hit 50 lbs lost. I am so excited!!!8

It's just an arbitrary number really but I am only 2 lbs away from being under 200 lbs for the first time since High School!
When I started this journey I thought to myself it would be amazing just to get that far! Now, I am almost there and I realize that I need to continue to lose. My ultimate goal is now 180 but 200 is going to be sweet!13 -
To run a 10 min mile. I'm currently able to consistently run 11:30-12 min/mile with sprints of 8-9min/mile speeds. Ultimately, I'd love to run a 10k in the spring.6
