thinking about this horse farm that my hubby and I want to buy. We will be talking to a lender next week. I have no idea if we can get the loan, although I do know we can make the monthly payments. I want to finally have my horses at home instead of driving an hour each way to see them every day and paying someone else to take care of them. I want to finally have my teaching and training business at my own farm. It seems like the perfect place for us so I hope we can make it work.4
