@b3achy lol, I don't hate them, but they intimidate me. I do them mid-way through a cross training workout and sometimes I'll avoid them as long as I can before starting them lol. But once I get started it isn't terrible.. ok yea.. they suck who am I kidding!2 -

@alipsie19 I just wish I had enough strength to do more variations.. still working on that. Actually some of my issues aren't strength, it's flexibility, and mine sucks.2

Clearly, I'm going to have to pick up my pace!
Unfortunately, all my planks have been on my elbows, no variation and with the longest stretch 1.5 min, usually only 1 minute at a time. Kudos to you for the variation and to all of you who are able to hold 2 min or longer. Very inspiring.2 -

Wednesday's are my rest day. While I usually don't honor that most sacred of traditions that our bodies hold so dear, for some reason I did today...and I'm not feeling guilty about. I know right, how crazy is that! Especially after deciding to step it up2 -
