I am 5'2 and I started at 203lbs in 2011 and lost down to 150lbs in 2015. I gained 18lbs this year and lost 4 of the 18lbs I gained. I'm so ready to get rid of the rest.

    CW:164.8
    GW:145

My weigh in day will be Friday December 16th.

Feel free to add. I'm 5'2" CW is 163 and GW 136-137ish!

I started at 221 back in 2012 and lost about 45ish and maintained there for a WHILE until I fell ill. I had some thyroid issues that made my weight fluctuate big time (NOW UNDER CONTROL) but "restarted" here at 187 in October and so far I've lost about 25lbs and would love to lose another 26lbs.

Any updates ? Anyone in this group? Any progress in last 10 days?

Daisy, what about you? How's it going? Do you expect to post updates here with regularity? Posting weight updates weekly is something I find helpful because of the accountability factor. Maybe you'll get the same mileage. Let us know your plan.

Just learned about tickerfactory.com over on the Challenge board. One caution was to be sure to save the URL it creates for your account so you can return to update. The bbcode it produces can be pasted in a message to produce this image.

Hi, I just turned 29 yesterday and have struggled with my weight for too long. I'm 5'1 and weigh 139. My goal weight is around 110. I could really use some support to make my goal a reality. Thank you for reading!

Long time off and on user of MFP here! I'm now working with a fitness coach so won't be updating meals and workouts every day, but hoping to use MFP for a little group accountability as well! 5'2, 31 years old:

    SW: 166 (11/30/16)
    CW: 162
    GW: 125

Currently doing 4 HIIT 60 min cardio workouts per week and 2 lengthening/toning workouts (barre, yoga, etc.) Work 60 hrs + per week in a VERY stationary job, so moving is the key for me. Good luck, friends!! Look forward to tracking our progress together!

I'm 23 years old, 5'3 and 150lbs. I started here in January 2016 at 175lbs and got down to 148.2lbs by June. I got off track over the summer and haven't been able to start up again (moved into my first house end of August and life has been crazy). I am finally getting back on track with my weight loss and am hoping to lose 20 more lbs to be 130lbs. I would love more friends with similar stats to help stay on track :)

Grrrrr.... I've been picking all weekend! So sticking to calorie goal but picking in between, I really want to stay focused right up to Christmas Day I'm hoping to lose .6kg this week. Next week is a crazy week for us as myself and my husband own a butcher shop so will be happy to maintain. My plan is to take Christmas Day off, no tracking, eat what I want and then get right back to it the next day.
Love the tracker image thing, must have a look at getting one.

Sonya, are you going to post weekly? If so, what day? I'll be trying to keep up with the people who are committed to posting weekly updates here and are willing to follow others doing the same. The friending bit is another step I need to skip to have time to take care of business. Like the treadmill that awaits me now...
