Lol that is true. However, in my experience what with working in a female dominated profession and all, the majority of the culprits are women. The same goes for the many other workplaces & professions I've worked over the years...8/10 times that behaviour come from a woman.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying all women are like that. That would be sexist.0 -

Yep I'm 29, but I've been working since I turned 13 and I've had 4/5 major. professions now..and worked in various work places upward of almost triple figures now. I've managed mixed teams of 30 and been supervisor more times than I can count. So yes, I am very very well experienced.
You make the cardinal sin of assuming that age = experience and/or wisdom.
I can assure you I have met as much stupid old people as I have young.3 -

I'd say a valid assumption given most people are not near as accomplished as you ..well done ..
Is there a reason for the constant changes?
My observation still stands in the workplace in regards to men and women ..women can be catty but men tend to get physical.
I don't consider young or old or anyone for that fact stupid ..just a different perspective to mine ..

Lol its not good or valid to assume stuff about people, that's a slippery slope to prejudice/positive&negative discrimination.
Especially when assuming something like experience, mental capacity etc etc. It's impossible to tell on such limited information e.g. age.
I change because I get bored easily and i no longer found them intellectually stimulating.
The stupid thing was just an example lol I didn't think anyone would take that seriously

No its not and it wasn't. Not every job I had was female dominated. I said my current profession is female dominated not all of my old ones. (not that I consider that job my profession, it was just a job at the time)1 -

Oh and you assume I do that to all people ..not so only you ..I assumed you could not possibly had many years experience in female dominated workplaces due to your age...and I still say you are more accomplished and had apparently many more jobs than the average ..
