Back from vacation - lots of fun, but not too many planks to report on lol. Lots of catch up to do in the next 10 days.

Dec. 20- 2 min (my planks are "standing" ones. Forearms/elbows on sturdy arm of sofa or bed. body at 45 degree angle. Believe it or not, I am already feeling some progress! Remember to tuck your tummy in and tighten those buttocks!)

Total: a whopping 8 minutes! Tomorrow will be double digits!

Thanks Serenade_N! I am definitely recharged and ready to get back at it. Participating in challenges on MFP really helped me keep on track while on vacation IE - no late night snacking and tons of walking. Usually put on about 5 lbs while away and only put on 1.2 this time. Yet still ate well, enjoyed some drinks and had a lot of fun.3 -

Wow, y'all are amazing! I've been a total slug, and yes, lots of excuses. Looks like a repeat of last month for me, where I just got it half done. Hoping to get some done while I'm on my trip, but until then, I'm swamped right now with work and stuff to do to prep for trip.
