3 month/ 14 week Challenge

I was looking to do a 3 month/ 14 week challenge starting January 1st and ending March 31 (two days shy of 3 months). Where you just workout, eat right, and log your progress once a week. I'm current 225lbs hoping to at least lose 15lbs. Weight loss is so much better when you have people to do it with you!!!

Sounds great. I'm in. I'm trying to lose about 5 lbs a month. Have about 20 to 25 lbs more to go and have lost 15 lbs so far.5

Yay everyone feel free to follow me and each other if you'd like. I really don't know how to go about check-in on the accountability part of it. I created a calendar log on word, but any suggestions on how to go about check-ins?1

I'm in too! I've have been working on the last 20lbs of pregnancy weight for over a year now and it just needs to come off! lol (The "baby" is now 2!) I'll add you all!3
