    With my products you can lose roughly around 12-23 pounds of body fat in 3 weeks. I know what I am talking about I have done a lot of reasearch


    1) the OP has been tongue in cheek and isn't actually looking to do what the title suggests

    2) most users here have been around long enough to know bogus claims when they see them

    I'm embarrassed to admit I've done longer juicing than OP on 3 occasions and lost significant amounts of weight each time. I can't fathom it was all water and muscle.

    The damage to my matabolism I really wish I knew. It couldn't have been too bad or it recovered because I seem to be losing on par with Mfp calculations.

    Again I'm embarrassed and would never recommend long fasts as each time I regained all plus some which took me to the highest my weight had ever been. Uggg

    I'm sure they were clean cakes and candies, though. You know, the ones found on the perimeter of the grocery store or homemade from whole foods

    The dirtier the cakes and candies are, the better. Like this......
