Hi ,
I would love to have some folks to check in with once a week to say how my week is going . No need to give your weight unless you want to.
But a place to share recipes and rant when you want to overeat . Come here instead to vent. Also to ask for prayer for Your journey .
I am a 53 year old woman . I need to lose 30 to 35 pounds and would love to do it soon .

Hi! I'm a 52-year old woman who is also in need of losing 30 to 35 lbs (at least) and would love to join you. I'm not new to MFP but it's been a while. How does this work? Do I just keep coming back to this post? May I add you as a friend so we can easily keep tabs on each others journey? Thanks!23

I am 61 years old and have gained 30+ pounds in the last 3 years and just sat here and ate junk all morning long. I don't know how this works either to keep track of each other though.2

I'm 27 full time student, mother of two, married and striving to get to a healthy me. I've used MFP before and I had great results from it. Now I am back to lose it and keep it off!!10

Count me in. This is ideal. I am 39, single mother, working full time, it is hard to find time for me, but I do fit in an hour in the morning for a work out. I would like to loose about 30 lbs.

Hi, I'm 36 and have a 7 month old baby. Really need to shed a few stone, don't want to be an embarrassment for my daughter when she grows up. My aim is to lose 30lbs, so this challenge feels perfect for me.

Hello. I am 34 and have struggled with my weight since I had my son in 2010. It goes up and down. From Jan 2015 to June 2015 I lost 35 pounds but once I stopped eating right and working out five days a week I put it all back on. New goal is 48 pounds but would love to be included in this challenge. Best of luck to all. Currently at 183.0

44 year old mom to four here. I would love to join everyone here. I have a goal of losing approx. 60 pounds in total, though my goal isn't necessarily weight based. I'm focusing more on strength and body fat percentage, but no matter how you look at it, I need to lose at least 40-50 pounds. 30 pounds by 6/15/2017 may be a bit of a stretch for me since I'm planning on 1 pound per week, but I'll give it go.
CW 12/29/16: 216.0
GW 6/15/17: 186.0
UGW: 23% body fat initially, then go from there. Ideally 20%, which translates into approximately 156ish assuming 125 pounds of lean body mass.

Count me in! 45 yr. old teacher. I successfully used MFP but stopped using it and have gained some unwanted pounds. Now I'm ready to drop the weight and keep it off! I also need to gain some muscle mass so I will be focusing on that as well.
