I would like to join too, if it's not too late. I lost 50 lbs, but gained half of that back by giving up. I plan on not letting this happen again.

I don't know about you guys but I feel really good about having stuck this out 10 weeks! I'm looking forward to the next 10 weeks! I've cut out one of my sources of sugar so I hope to see an extra pound here and there gone!

I have been slacking BIG time the past few weeks. I am back again at my excuses and allowing myself way too many freebie days. Enough! I need to be able to fit into my clothes. I need to not feel my inner thighs like heavy bands around my upper legs (new feeling to me with this last weight gain) I am horrified by all of it. I will get back on track!!!!
