What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My mini goal at the moment is seeing the number on the scale do down for the first time in too long!1

Drink more water and less coffee/wine
Workout at least 4 times a week
6000 steps a day
Lose 10-15 pounds before vacation in April2 -
My mini goal is to get out of the 150 range. I'm 159 right now and I've hovered around 160 for the past year. Do not want.3

Mini goal is one week without eating grains. When I don't eat grains, the weight just falls off. I get carbs from fruits and veggies.
Once I lose these few pounds, I can start occasionally incorporating grains back into my diet and keep the weight off. (I have trouble digesting gluten, and even rice just poofs me up). Four days of no grain so far! So proud of myself.4 -
Check in at gym 5 times this week (3 down!)--this is my busiest week so if I can do it now I will never be able to use work as an excuse again;
84 miles (mostly walk) for Jan 2017;
Stay away from high GI carbs for a month, not only for weight loss.... also don't want to fall asleep in the afternoon at work because all the big bosses sit right behind my back now!
Be able to run a 5k non stop again (hopefully in 2 months)1 -
I've recently got down from the 230s to the 220s. My mini goal is to get to 220 (maybe by end of Jan) and My plan then is to up my daily calorie goal from 1600 to 2000, and increase protein intake to help facilitate muscle growth and kick up my workout intensity a lil bit4

And the mini goals keep coming! I am no longer obese. This is the lightest new years day I've had in 10 YEARS!!

I am SO close to being out of these annoying 160's that have ridiculously fluctuated for over a month now. 160.4 this morning; so close!!!
My goal next goal is 150 for my birthday exactly 1 month away.8 -
Be at my "old" starting weight by the end of the monty. I lost 50lbs around 6 years ago, then slowly piled it all and more back on and now I'm working to get into a healthy BMI - then I can re-start my journey again!3

My mini goal is to get bluetooth headphones for my gym workout when I hit 69 kg...currently at 72.8kg.....super excited7

And instead of my usual working overtime meal choice (pizza) I chose roasted sweet potato, braised beef and tofu salad8 -

I NEED to wear a crop top. Im turning 31 and feel like socially im already breaching unacceptability with this goal. So im soing it this year. I want to walk around half naked as often as i can thus summer.

I think it's a great goal. I'm almost 37, but I don't think anyone at the lake will know that.3 -
Mine is to be down 15 pounds in January. -6 already so I'm off to a good start!

Two mini-goals. One, to not drink coffee for a whole week. And two, to be able to use the second row of hooks on my bras, currently back at the first one.5

Right now I am focusing on getting to 245 (240 would be ideal) by the time my parents come up to visit me at the end of February. With that goal, I am looking forward to being able to fit into clothes that just barely don't fit.7
