What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I have two mini goals for the spring. I usually do a 5k with family and friends in May. This time I would like to be able to keep up with them! Also I am going on vacation in April and I would love to be able to buy some smaller sized clothes for it6

My two day mini goal: Do not eat all the cookies before January 1 (there are a lot of cookies in my house right now).10

Just working on being consistent right now so my mini goal is keeping my work out schedule for the month of january.4

I have 2 mini goals. First one is to lose 2 more pds to hit my 40pds loss since July 2016. Second is to reach 145pds by my 45th bday April 2017. I currently weigh 153, down from 191. Goal weight is 135.5

I want to lose 4.4 pounds to 185, some reason I remember 185 as being significant weight and havent been there in years.....6

Today is January 1st.. this time last year I was 15lbs heavier. To do that again would be awesome, but just to get through today, then tomorrow, then the next day being careful with my calories and true to myself..13

My current mini-goal is to wear my jeans again comfortably. I think I'm only a week or two out from that. They're hanging on a wall hook near my bed. Taunting me.

Got past THAT goal and the mini goals just keep coming : ) next one is a big one so it might be awhile. It is to reach my 50 pound weight loss. Exactly 12 pounds to go!!
I DID IT! !!! 50.8 lost as of this morning! This feels great. Im wearing clothes I haven't in years. My goal looks doable. People comment all the time. Next mini goal no longer obese. 4.7 to go.
And the mini goals keep coming! I am no longer obese. This is the lightest new years day I've had in 10 YEARS!! Next goal is to make it to my lowest weight I was after ww years ago, where I stopped. 5.5 pounds to go.

I'm going on a cruise in 6 weeks. I'd like to be less bloated and have energy for all of the activities!4

I was 199.2 this morning - great start to the new year!
Next goal is 190. I also have some tighter fitting shirts & pants I want to fit into. Haven't tried them for about 8 lbs or so--will try again soon.8 -
My current mini goal - get back in my fitness groove, get back on my bike, recover from the holiday. I eat more when surrounded by family.5

My first mini goal is to lose 5 lbs by the time I go to Japan for a long weekend January 26th.
My second mini goal is to be Healthy BMI by the end of February. Which is 10 lbs.
My third is under 170 or 18-20 lbs by May for my vacation to I don't know where yet (Japan, Thailand or maybe just go to the Southern part of South Korea).
Ultimately I'd love to be at my goal of between 140 - 150 by August when I go back to the US for my sister's wedding and start my next year of teaching.6 -

Two mini goals: First, to get back to pre-holiday weight and fitness, hopefully in the next 3 weeks or so (about 4 lbs). Second, to get below 130 for the first time in about 15 years (so another 5 lbs).
A little bit bigger goal: first half-marathon in 8 years! Gotta be ready by April 2nd!

My immediate mini goal is to NOT overeat on a daily basis. If I can do that today it will be better than I have done in weeks.
Next goal is actually to fit into my jeans properly.7 -

Next mini goal is to lose 3 pounds by the 9th and then I will slow it down to a pound or two a week. Also I hope to be up to running 2 miles by next week.1

STAY under 200. I made it to 185 and gained back 20. I keep jump roping over the 200 line, and when I'm over 200 I have a lot of issues with my lower back (or I guess, I didn't have any problems for the several months I was under 200!)
I had a sciatica flare up a couple weeks ago and getting back to working out is hard (pinching and numbness in the leg ftw! -_-) but I'm attending a wedding in two weeks and I WILL be wearing heels gosh darn it!7 -
100% is too be a healthy person and to get to a point in my life where I can walk the walk and also help others to be healthy.6

I want to be able to comfortably zip up my winter coats. They are all too tight but so expensive to buy in a bigger size. I'm hoping that by end of January, they are comfortable again.11

Alright I will join in.
My first is to get to 205.6 That will be the 50 pounds lost mark. So close! Maybe by the end of next week.
Next is to be below 200. When I make this, it will be the lowest I have weighed since my daughter was born 17 years ago.

For me its to break into the 180s.. Doing this thing 10lbs at a time.. Just recently broke back into the 190s.. yay!!12

I want to get back into 12s comfortably. Thats the smallest i've been in 10 years and it was only 8 months ago New relationships are waist expanders. Anyway ill have to lose about 15 lbs for that! I can do it!10
