    Has been extremely cold here. Not above 20's F degrees. I have done 15 minutes of body exercises every day.
    Also I have managed too do some exercise Bike miles. 12-15 minutes daily thus far..

    Good grief, life got in the way this past week or so...posting some catching up numbers, though I've not gotten miles in a while (work, weather and fending off a bug last week). We'll see if I can get some miles tomorrow, but I've got a roofer coming (also got a hole in my roof over the weekend ~ suspecting caused by some critter in my attic, that I never heard). I'm quite a bit behind my goal of at least 20 miles / week (and hopefully a bit more to get to 85 miles/month).

    4 January: no miles, just planks
    5 January: Nothing done
    6 January: 4.20 miles - Glider; .35 miles - Walking = 4.55 miles
    7 January: Nothing
    8 January: Rest Day
    9 January: no miles, cleaned house, did some planks

    Total: 16.75 miles

    Good morning everyone. I will be taking a break this week. I re-injured my foot. It was healing from a sprain that I got from breaking in a new pair of boots right before Christmas. I thought it was okay but following class on Monday. I did a few moves and later on that afternoon the pain was unbearable. So right now I have my foot wrapped, on meds and taking it easy. I will continue to drink my water and watch what I am eating. The pounds like to catch up on you when you are inactive. Oh well.

    jenfra123 SO SORRY! :( as you know I got behind in Dec due too the Flu. Then my husband got it and then he had a set back. I am TRYING not too get too close as I dont want it again! I use Lysol a lot! lol JUST GET BETTER SOON!

    I made the 1000 mile club in our activity challenge at work!! I was 12th for the total building and 8th for my organization. Eager to see what I will accomplish this year!!
