Good morning. My goal will be to drink more water for this month. Its hard for me because sometimes I can be so good about it and then other times I won't. Trying to be mindful and also I want to get at least 3 nights where I put in 8 hours of sleep. I looked at my calendar last year and I ran myself to the ground. I am realizing that sleep is very important for our bodies. Why am I shortchanging myself.

I want to focus on drinking more water too. I used to get 8+ glasses a day and somehow I have gotten away from it. I do find when I exercise regularly I drink more water!

I have a Fitbit I'm new to this so I am going to say I would like to do 4,000 steps a day. And for me that is really a goal but I know if I work hard at it i can do it2

Morning. It is nice and cold today. I love it. Not looking for snow that is forcasted for tonight into tomorrow. Its all good. I am not using my Fitbit this week. So I am just using MyFitness Pal and my iphone. I notice that it is not a as accurate as the Fitbit but I am still logging in everything. And I bought some new watches for Christmas and I want to wear them.

jenfra...Great! Am happy too see you're going too add some steps with that. I dont have any problem drinking my water. I do that extremely well and have for several years....
Yesterday was 37F degrees but hubby, girls and I manage a walk. I actually got in another by myself. Man was it cold! At least the Sun was shinning. That helps..

I plan to keep that average step count rising (i just measure walks outside the house) - it's roughly 7500 daily average. And I hope to get back to doing some swimming too...
(I am in recovery from Chronic Fatigue. So i like the 3 x 8 hours sleep goal! I've had a bad autumn for sleep - CFS folks often do - and am back to doing all the dull 'sleep hygiene' stuff.... So bath had and lights going out just now...Trying to be good!)

I am new to the site and new to trying Challenges .. this is my first ever so im going to try to get aleast a 1 mile a day everyday for this month on walking and then another mile a day on the bike . i just started a gym im very over weight so this is going to be a big challenge for me . will keep you posted if i can find this post again2

I've been rather sluggish lately. My goal is a mile a day & to re visit the gym at least 3 days a week.3

Good morning. I am feeling it today. I was very motivated this morning. I took a spin class at 6:30am. It was awesome. My boss couldnt believe that I was already in the office and went to the gym. Why not?
