Eating past 7pm = The devil.
Eating anything non-healthy = The devil.
Not eating breakfast = The devil.
There are others, but these stick out to me the most.8 -

"Just drink some water. You may not be hungry...you may actually be thirsty. The brain often confuses the two."
Uh-huh, yeah right.
Ha agreed. I can definitely tell the difference between hunger and thirst. If i chug down a whole heap of water, then I'll just be hungry AND sloshy.9 -

I'm with you as well. Sometimes, I'm equally hungry and thirsty and all I want is fruit. Because it's two birds, one stone.3 -

I had a teacher in junior high tell us that football players often got fat after they retired because the muscle turned into fat. I repeated it to my dad and he overreacted and went on about how stupid that was. I felt like an idiot, but it was probably the start of me taking stuff people say about all this with some skepticism.6 -
That even thinking about weight lifting makes women bulky. Because somehow all women can turn into the hulk overnight without even trying.13

I wouldn't call that a myth, but it's definitely context/goal driven. "Better" for what?5 -

You burn more calories sunbathing than you do in the sauna.
If you do 10 push ups three times a day ...you can have a candy bar in the evening and still lose weight (this one actually works...but only if the candy bar is your only meal of the day)
