This week's successes: losing all but 1lb of the weight that I put on during the 3-week slimming club holiday.
This week's challenges: Keeping on track. Losing half a stone in one week is fab, but must keep realistic and aim for a steady loss of 1lb a week and be happy with that.

GW: 23% body fat initially, then go from there. Ideally 20%, which translates into approximately 156ish assuming 125 pounds of lean body mass.
This week's successes: Kept my eating in check. Logged everyday.
This week's challenges: The past week I came down with a nasty virus/cold, so no workouts. Finally feeling better and look forward to getting my workouts in; this will require planning as my schedule is pretty busy in the upcoming week.6 -

I'm just joining. Been at this thing for a long time...3yrs. I've got the workout part down. My eating is what kills me. Got down to 150 but have slowly put the wt back on. Ten of it over the holidays!!!! Ughhhhh. I'm so mad at myself for that but I've also had a foot injury that I'm trying to recover from so that played a big part. There's no excuse for my diet though! So here it goes AGAIN! I need some place to be accountable. So thanks in advance.

This week's challenges: Focus on walking more with nicer weather. Joined a no diet soda challenge, I quit a long time ago but started drinking DW Pepsi Max for no good reason.9 -

This week's successes: I've stuck to a caloric deficit and I've lost at least a pound since the end of last week. I'm coming off of my TOM and I'm hoping to see I've lost at least another pound, since it started before I could weigh in after the end of last week.

This week's successes: I was more active and drank a lot of water.
This week's challenges: The scale is going the wrong way. I have no idea how I gained 5 lbs in one week. I didn't even think that was possible!
This week's goals: Figure out what went wrong last week.
It's probably just water weight. Maybe it's because you had something with alot of sodium, came on your time of month, or because of all the water you drank. Water can easily make you alot heavier. It's impossible for you to have gained 5 lbs of fat unless you ate your maintenance plus 17500 calories over. So don't worry.4 -

Heelo everyone. I am in. I started in Dec 2015. @352 pds Had some great success but the June 2016 hit and had some major stressers June, July and Aug. Then was in a walking boot, had whiplash, now with severe knee injury. But I have got to get this eating under control.

I lost 1/2 pound this week. Super frustrating. At this rate I'll (maybe) be at my goal weight next year at this time. Trying to feel encouraged by how much better I feel and how much more energy I have when I eat this way. But...8 -

This week's challenges: Since I quit drinking coffee and smoking, I've been having belly issues. My body is trying to figure out WTH! Trying to get enough fiber in my diet!9
