I've been losing weight this December and I want to keep going in January. Today I took a cheat day because it's the last day of the year, starting fresh tomorrow!

Well, I had flushed all the holiday gain/water down to 281, but then OF COURSE TOM shows up on weigh in day. I expect a big drop for next Thursday.9 -

Im hoping as I just put on 4.2kg / 9.24lb in last week of December (Damn Xmas bingeing) I will drop a fair bit in the first weeks of January, once I get back into routine, fingers crossed.
Struggling to get back into the right mindset, DO NOT be tempted by all food you see!!! but still losing...
Must remember in future 1 week of bingeing, costs 3 weeks of catch up. So 4 wasted weeks.

I'm back! Lost 9.6 pounds in December with that group. I was still 2.6 pounds away from my New Years goal, but I technically still have one more day, right?! Lol. Anyways...
