    I think I am going to throw my scale in the garbage, and only weigh myself at the gym on weigh-in day. I weigh myself everyday, 2X a day and I am driving myself crazy! Anyone else ever obsessed with the scale?

    Hello fellow MFP folks! So I'm in for the challenge whether I lose 5 or 20 lbs. I've lost and gained many times and fed up of being a yoyo! Since last week, I worked out 4 x and have been logging food as of today.

    Starting weight: 201.5
    Weekly weight:
    Goal weight: 150
    That is mid-range weight for 5'7 small boned frame.
    My super stretch goal would be 140 lbs and this was my ideal weight in early 20's
    I'd be happy with getting to 150 especially since I have not been less than 165 lbs since August 2008.

    I have definitely been there. Now I only weigh once a week because if I don't see positive change on the scale it ruins my day.

    We all have VERY similar stats! What's everyone's heights? I wouldn't mind having a little group within this challenge that I can try and keep up with. ☺️
