Betrayed by my own body! My exercise and food logging has been solid. I had a significant deficit this week, which should result in over 1 lb of loss for the week. The variable throwing everything off- my cycle. Seems I can only get an accurate weigh in every other week because of it. I may have to change my weigh ins accordingly to preserve my sanity0 -
