I have a challenge idea but it might not be what people are thinking, rather a good way to get everyone on the same page. How about if by the end of tomorrow we have all done 3 things...1. Calculated our BMI, 2. Posted an introduction and goal, 3. Add our team members as friends.
And I just hope all the people on Teams 1 and 2 realize that they are only as good as 3 when they add themselves together.
I like this challenge. Just one correction we are using body fat % not bmi

40.3% body fat is my measurement for today. I might add [she puffs up with pride] that when I did this on June 4th I was 43.8%. Just sayin'.
I like that this body fat percentage calculator also has a handy chart so you can know what a normal zone is. I'm shooting for22- 25% bodyfat as my ultimate goal (I'd like to be curvy still), although I seriously doubt I will be there by January.0 -

2 and 3 are completed already. Using the website my bf% is 40%. My New Year goal is 200 lbs, my ultimoate goal is 170. I keep changing it, but I think that is a good weight for me.0

Better late than never. I'm on team 3 (xbabigrl72) my name is Jennifer. I'm a 21 year old mother of one; a very energetic 2 year old. I currently weight between 250 and 246. I keep playing with the same couple pounds and enough is enough already. I gain this weight mainly from being lazy after having my daughter and now I wish I wasn't so lazy. You have no idea how happy I would be to lose 50 pounds. I'd love to get to know all my team mates.0

Holy Cow! I just took the quiz and am amazed by how much water it tells me I need. I thought i have been doing good with my 64 ounces a day but it looks like I should really be doubling that amount!0

I know. I always heard that you should drink half an ounce for every pound you weigh. My amount from this website was pretty close to that.0
