Best 3 lifts?

I've only tested my 1rm on deadlifts, and I can pull 245lbs. I managed a good set of five at 205lbs last week though, which is new for me, so maybe I could pull more now on a single.
I can comfortably squat 175lbs for five reps. I was up to 185lbs for five, but I've backslid a bit on those.
Bench is my worst lift at 100lbs for five reps.
I'm sitting at about 150lbs right now.0 -

Squat 62.5 kg 138 lbs
Bench 52.5 kg. 116 lbs
Dead 105 kg. 231 lbs
Frustrated my dead is so much better than my squat
Nice one bro. And I guess I'm repping the skinnies and shorties (albeit a shorty with that longer legs/arms to short torso ratio) lol
5'7 / 10 stone on the dot (140Ibs) and only just getting serious about improving this side of my training
Bench - hard to tell as I focus primarily on close grip bench press now or DB bench press. Normal grip is probably about 65/70kg (143/154Ibs) as close grip is 60kg (132Ibs) and can do about 6 reps.
Deadlift - 115kg (253Ibs) but not tested 1RM.
Squat - don't lift heavy on these anymore due to an unpredictable messed up right knee. But before I stopped I got to 80kg (176Ibs)0 -
Weight 124.4 squat 95lbs. Dead lift 95lbs and bench 95 lbs. 3 sets 5-8.2
-
Bodyweight = 70kg
Deadlift = 140kg for 5, i'll try a 1RM tonight!
Bench = 120kg
Squats = Unsure as an ACL injury prevents me from squatting heavy.1 -

Meh- usually deads are heaviest and then squat- then bench. not always- but it's not uncommon.
My dead lift literally skyrocketed up to like 300 plus- and I was stalled at 185/200 at squats for a long time- I finally sort of got them moving again- and now I'm annoyed that my deadlift is stuck at like 315/335.
It happens- nothing every moves up the same way- and it's not uncommon for one to get more attention and progress and the other one lag a little- then you switch it over and later rise repeat.
You're all good.2 -
Best competition lifts (not necessarily at the same meet):
Squat: 462
Bench: 303
Deadlift: 462
BW at 190. Also hit a 456 squat at BW 179 but that was a 24h weigh in instead of 2h.1 -
Currently 165lbs, so these were when I was about 178
Deadlift 435
Bench 295
Squat 415

My DL is 95 kg 1RM about a week ago
My Squat was about 75 kg 1RM
My bench at 55 kg 1RM
And over head push press is 45 kg probably my proudest one. :P I'm 59 kg myself.2 -

Bench: 140 (2x5)
Deadlift: 175 (5 x 5) as of ~7 months ago. I had to quit because it kept aggravating a pinched nerve.

Less than a month out from my first powerlifting meet. I'm 5'9", 175 lbs.
SQ - 205 lb (Yeah, they suck. Working on some mobility issues.)
BP - 160 lb
DL - 315 lb

Curious what your 3RM was for squats? I've always thought my rep work was weak in comparison to my max, but my programming is going off of a "max" higher than I've actually hit now, so apparently that's not the case anymore.
(My best is 295, I think the highest I've ever hit for 3 reps is 265.) Apples to oranges, but just made me curious lol.0 -
I don't test my 1RM for another 3 weeks, but here is what I currently do for 6 reps, at 3 sets; and for fun, I did a 1RM calculator). I am 178lbs.
DL/Squat - 235lbs (Est 1RM 275)
Bench - 155lb (Est 1RM 185)
Following: Bigger Leaner Stronger. I am in week 5. With very little/inconsistent heavy lifting prior. I did 4 weeks of 5/3/1 until lift got in the way.0 -

It was 270. I don't know how the calculators work, but I would not be surprised if my max was higher than the reps say. Based only on my anecdotal experience of lifting with others. My 1RM was significantly higher than my friends, however they could do as many and sometimes a rep or 2 more than me at moderate weights.0 -

Personally mines:
170kg squat
210kg deadlift
120kg bench (4 reps, not tested 1rm)
Quick update, hit a 175kg squat tonight.0 -
DL - 265
BP - 200
SQ - 241
OHP - 124

I think I should find a spotter sometime to figure out my 1RMs. Seems worth knowing.
Sometimes I wish people would post about really obscure exercises. "Hey bro, how much do you shrug?"1 -
female 5'6 130 lbs -
squat: 110 lbs
deadlift: 115 lbs
bench: a strong 60 lbs
this is after a year of hard effort, mostly getting form perfected before weight progression. i feel some big gains coming this year though!

I'm sure it's some kind of formula, but of course our bodies don't really give a crap about actually working as some number suggests it may.
My rep numbers have gone up a bit the last few months, but I have yet to see that transfer over to my actual 1RM. I'm guessing it's partially a mental block with going over 300 or something.0 -

Shrugging isn't obscure. How about "what's your 1RM for the Two-Hands Anyhow?" Aww yeah, bring back the old school, before racks and benches were a thing.

Damn, this thread makes me feel so weak. Great numbers y'all! I have never tried 1RMs, but these are my highest numbers during regular sets.
Squat - 172lbs/ 68kg (x15)
Bench - 140lbs/ 56kg (x10)
Deadlift - 185lbs/ 74kg (x10)
I'm 138pounds and 6'0" tall. I know, skinny AF and I need to up my game. Been working out for 2 years with a lot of gaps.0 -

If you want to feel strong, stop doing crazy amount of reps. Work closer to the 4-6 rep range and the increases in strength will occur much faster.3 -

Just to jump in so you don't feel alone...
I don't have 1RM, but these are my current numbers
Squat: 105lb x 15
Dead: 145lb x 10
Bench: 85lb x 6
I'm intentionally not trying to max weight, though - because I'm working on my form, and even though I can handle heavier, I don't want to injure myself with crap form.
You've got a solid base - I'd love to see how your weight progresses now that your form is getting there!
