Doing unnecessary cleanses and detoxes and losing 11 lbs in a week is in no way healthy. Also 3 hours a day of cardio isn't a good idea either.2 -
YEME, I hope you eat a large amount of unlimted veg and lean meats and keep track of your TDEE, eating enough to fuel all your excersize! Best wishes and good health to you.
Thank you. Yes I did. I replace yogurt to kefir once a week and flexseed oil with salmon salad for dinner.0 -

When your body is in crisis mode due to crash dieting and heavy training, conception is probably going to be difficult.13 -

you'll crash and burn and binge sooner or later, hopefully sooner so that you don't damage your health long term.
Thanks for your concern. What is your plan? Perhap you should share0 -

Haha the above just a pattern of how my diet look like as well helping me losing weight rapidly. There's still plenty to eat unlimited protein and veges. The most important is the probiotic must included every meal.0 -

I guess you guys misunderstood my plan. My bad and I apologize. Anyway thanks for all0 -
ok YEME. our advice to you is to eat food like veg and lean meats or fish. Eat enough to cover your TDEE, Total Daily Energy Expenditure. If you need to lose weight just subract 100 to 200 calories from this TDEE each day. This enables you to lose weight slowly and could save you from losing muscle and health. Be sure to keep your protien levels up to save you wasting muscles. Not eating solid food is harmful to your digestion. Eating too low of calories is harmful to many of your body systems.
We are just warning you so you can keep in the best of health. Many people don't realize the dangers of some food fads and diets. Sorry for how some of the posts weren't straight forward and some people posed questions instead of just answering you in a straight forward helpful manner.
Best wishes hon, we are really just trying to help.
edited for spelling and improve my posts5 -

Yeme - if you're looking for people to tell you you're on the right track, you've come to the wrong place. I can tell English isn't your first language, so maybe some things have been lost in translation. But from what you've said, it looks like you're eating and exercising in a very disordered and unsustainable way. Please be more gentle with yourself, and good luck with your goal to conceive.8

If you did lose 5kg in a week, we're not concerned because we misunderstand your plan. We're concerned because you're not eating enough.4 -

This. It is not healthy or sustainable... and when you do conceive, then what? You definitely cannot continue to eat like this. Why not take small steps and track your intake on here, learn healthy habits and portions so that you can start in the healthiest way possible and continue to be healthy during your pregnancy and postpartum time.3 -
I can't even...

I agree with others that your plan is at too big of a calorie deficit. We don't know your macros (how much protein, carbs, fats per day are you eating), or your weight and how much body fat you have compared with body muscle, but you are probably losing more muscle in this process than you really want.
If you want to lose fat and you do not want to lose muscle, then you should increase calories to a smaller deficit and checking through your macros.1 -
OP, you're doing an incessant amount of cardiovascular exercise and underfeeding...this is not good for your body or healthy or anything else you might think it is. And if you're trying to conceive in the near future, this is likely going to be problematic.
I'm cutting right now due to putting on about 10 Lbs over the winter...I'm walking for 30-60 minutes most days, lifting a couple of days per week and doing about 50-60 miles per week on my bike...I eat around 2,300 calories per day which is about a 500 calorie per week deficit from my maintenance level of calories for this level of activity.
Even when I'm training for an endurance ride or something, I understand the importance of rest as well as varied intensity and time spent on my bike...and I don't underfeed.
What you're doing is a recipe for nothing particularly good in the long run...6 -
