YEME, I hope you eat a large amount of unlimted veg and lean meats and keep track of your TDEE, eating enough to fuel all your excersize! Best wishes and good health to you.

Doing unnecessary cleanses and detoxes and losing 11 lbs in a week is in no way healthy. Also 3 hours a day of cardio isn't a good idea either.

Thank you. Yes I did. I replace yogurt to kefir once a week and flexseed oil with salmon salad for dinner.

seeing as you're not replying to my past post i will just say, no it isnt healthy nor sustainable - its a crash diet that lacks variety and nutrition.

you'll crash and burn and binge sooner or later, hopefully sooner so that you don't damage your health long term.

Thanks for your concern. What is your plan? Perhap you should share

Losing 11 lbs in a week indicate that the OP's plan is not something that should be congratulated

That was advice, not congratulations. But thanks for the criticism I will think about my posts more thouroughly.

What happened to the vegetables and lean meats that ar also part of the plan, still doing those as you originally said?

I'm not trying to lose weight but I eat within my calorie goal, lift heavy and moderate cardio
