I run more than 2 hours each day with this diet for months I'm feeling great.

YEME, I hope you eat a large amount of unlimted veg and lean meats and keep track of your TDEE, eating enough to fuel all your excersize! Best wishes and good health to you.1

Doing unnecessary cleanses and detoxes and losing 11 lbs in a week is in no way healthy. Also 3 hours a day of cardio isn't a good idea either.2 -

Thank you. Yes I did. I replace yogurt to kefir once a week and flexseed oil with salmon salad for dinner.0 -

When your body is in crisis mode due to crash dieting and heavy training, conception is probably going to be difficult.13 -

What happened to the vegetables and lean meats that ar also part of the plan, still doing those as you originally said?

I'm not trying to lose weight but I eat within my calorie goal, lift heavy and moderate cardio2
