    Everyone looks to be off to a great start!

    My personal goal will be the same as last month, especially since it's a short month. Hopefully this month I'm significantly healthier than in January, so I can get it done!


    Personal Goal: 36 hours (2160 minutes)

    1 February: 44 min - Walking (2.2 miles); 31 min - Glider (2.26 miles); 3 min - Fab Feb Challenge (3 sets of 5 sit ups; 20 mountain climbers; 10 jumping jacks); 5 min - Planks (2 x 60 sec - straight arm; 2 x 90 sec - alternating sides) = 83 minutes

    Total: 83 minutes out of 2160 minutes (36 hours)
