    Loss this week: 2

    Total loss of: 5 inches

I honestly find this hard to believe - that I made my goal. I feel like I am not making ANY progress. Even seeing these numbers, I think maybe I just measured differently last Monday (even though I took the measurements multiple times today).

Don't be so hard on yourself. You have been working your butt off and the inches are proof of it! Great job on reaching your goal.

Good job ladies! Just so everyone is clear....we will only have one more measurement that I will record for the Month of July. You can record this any time after this Sunday. Some people like to do it on Monday and others closer to the end of the month. August Challenge will be starting the following Monday since July ends on a Sunday. Any questions please feel free to ask.

Thank you! and Yes Congratulations to everyone! I love the inches more then pounds challenges!

Here is a demo of walking lunges!
    Walking-Lunges.gif

    I'm thinking::
One Rep = One set forward (step with r/l, lunge, step with opposite, lunge) , Then one set back
(Do 15 reps or so per day! That's 105 for the week)
Focusing on going straight and deep into the lunge as you can!

4 lunges total, one for each leg forward one for each leg back

    So like
Step out with left, lunge down on right, step right up and forward, lunge down with left, then bring left even. Now step back with left, lunge down, then step right back and lunge down. Then repeat =)

And Yes! Make sure your front knee stays at a 90! (or less) lower leg should come straight up from the ankle to the knee, the lower leg should bend forward over your toes/foot!

Tomorrow will be the last Monday of the challenge so I wanted to clarify with everyone how this will work. You can do your measurements at any point during this last week. It will be your last official measurements that I will record for July. If you want to measure more then one time that is fine I just will not be recording it.
Sometime during this week I will be starting the new board for August and will post the link here. You can just leave a message saying you want to participate and the first measurements will be taken on Aug 1 st because it falls on a Monday. Hopefully some of you decide to carry on with us.

I will be continuing next month. I was curious if you will use our last measurement from July as the starting measurement for August? I know the first measurements will be taken Aug 1, but will that be the starting point? If Aug 1 is starting point, I may wait to measure July 31st for this month. Just wanted to make sure I understood

Thanks again for keeping track of this. You do a great job

This month I will not use your end of July measurements just because of how days fall during the month.
