All those disappointing soups suddenly don't make me hate store bought soup! Anyone try any other meals in this line?
Thanks for the review! I bought this and tried it yesterday.
What did you think of it?
I really liked it! Had an ample amount of chicken and dumplings and liked that it wasn't overly sodium tasting.
I had $10.00 off at GNC for my birthday so I bought the Opti Bites in Birthday Cake and Red Velvet, Dymantize Peanut Butter bar (thought I had picked Vanilla Cupcake), two Quest Protein Powder packs, and the Fitjoy Birthday Cake.
I really liked The Birthday Cake bites and thought it tasted softer than a regular protein bar. I might order more of these.
Did you look for/see OhYeah's new Maple Glazed Donut ONE bar yet? I didn't see it online when I went to order the protein powder, but I found a review ((http://junkbanter.com/2016/01/14/review-ohyeah-one-bars-all-of-them/) and it was really positive!!!
Also found a review on those new Thomas' Party Cake Mini Bagels I can't find -.- http://junkbanter.com/2017/01/23/review-thomas-party-cake-mini-bagels/2 -
I found Yoplait Dippers I have not tryed them yet . I just sw them on site and I would like to try. Just gotta figure out where to buy them .1

You get a good size portion for 70 calories but the sodium is pretty high if you need to watch that.1 -
Not a new product at all, but I went to Cheesecake Factory and noticed they have newer menus with the calorie count next to them.
It was weird because I got a new menu and my friend had an old one. She kept asking me how I knew what pizzas were available with the lunch special6 -

I love it when calorie counts are next to everything, I really respect Cheesecake Factory for that! I know research has shown this doesn't influence average people's decisions as it's just confusing numbers to them, but in the world of myfitnesspal it's like a holy grail for those of us in maintenance!8 -

I just wish they would rename some of the "healthier" products. The superantioxidant salad sounded really good but... that name.

That's really cool and about time, lol.
I wish they'd change their skinnylicious menu though, there's nothing I really love on there.2 -

I need all the salt I can get. I have to drink broth every day to up my sodium intake since I have low blood sodium. I might have to buy some ... for medicinal purposes, you know2 -
Found some new goodies at Target! Passed on the spicy chocolate but I picked up the bagels (plan on having them tonight) and lemon poppy seed bakery delights. The nutri grain bakery delights had a nice flavor but were VERY crumbly and didn't hold together well at all, even microwaving them didn't make them any more moist or less messy.
Also went to Dunkin and my mom picked up the fudge filled croissant (she liked it a lot but they jipped it of the icing!!) and I tried the vanilla cupcake swirl iced coffee. The coffee was sweet and I liked it, but nothing to go out of your way for

Whoa, I lied about the sodium. It's only 120mg instead of the 310 (that was potassium) I thought it was.
But go buy them anyway.
Now if I could only stop eating them (700 calories for the whole bag! Altho I'm not quite there yet).0 -
Used a spicy pepper jack laughing cow cheese wedge then topped with mozzarella before toasting... delicious! Thomas' aced it! Very fresh, filling, and flavorful!

I wasn't interested in them, but that sounds pretty good!0

I tried this one and it was pretty good. I would certainly buy it again.

OK, I trust you guys, so I need recommendations. LOL What is your 'go-to' vanilla protein powder? My Premier Protein tub is almost empty, and while it was OK, I'm looking for something better. I typically use it to make smoothies or add it to my baked oatmeal.
Thanks!0 -

I use Quest, but I can't say I've tried a lot of other powders.0 -

Are you lifting or training? It's a more on the expensive side, but I recommend Hydrobolic Fx if you're exercising regularly. It blends well, it tastes pretty good, and I get good "gains" with it, as the kids say.0 -

I've tried a TON of powders and have yet to find one better than Quest. MusclePharm is pretty good and probably my second favorite, but honestly nothing compares to Quest. Quest is versatile and has xanthan gum so it blends nice and thick and has amazing macros! Also, if you add a scoop to a small bowl and add a little water you can stir it into a really nice protein glaze for pancakes! Most companies will mail you free samples of their powders if you contact them3 -

Lenny & Larry's Complete Cookie! So far I've tried Dbl Chocolate Chip and Lemon Poppy (which both are my favorite). I didn't care too much for birthday cake and peanut butter.

I love the red velvet and the plain. The sea salt caramel tastes like dirt imo
It's the one I tried and I hated it, lol. Kinda put me off Elli's.0 -

I had the plain with a 1/2 tablespoon of all-fruit. I really liked the taste and texture!1 -
Last one I wanted to try
It's very bland. Doesn't really taste of pistachio. Disappointing (but at least I only paid $2.88 for the pint).2 -

Not only that, but I find Quest protein powder to be really filling.
I have xanthan gum on hand to add to other protein powders to make thick shakes, but other whey-casein blends don't fill me up as much as Quest does, even when I thicken them.
I'm limited in the brands I've tried since it's hard to find gluten free protein powders that are produced in dedicated facilities, so I haven't tried many brands. But I have tried a few. I always go back to Quest.2 -
I tried Smores HT the other night, and it tasted strange to me. Not bad, but not smores. Kinda tasted coconutty to me.3
