Finally got the scale to go down again. Last 3 weeks were 0 loss or light gain for muscle. Although I did loose 1.5
inches on the waist and another notch on my belt last week, it was nice to see the scale go down this week.5 -

You'll get there! If it doesn't happen right away you'll still make that mark in time. Keep up the good work.
Also keep in mind that you could be building muscle which is heavier but so much better to have than fat.
