Porridge every morning add some fruits if you need it sweetening myself I just eat it as it comes which I find tasty enough0

I don't eat in the morning but I agree that if you do, it doesn't have to be 'breakfast' foods. Leftovers are great, as well as soups, salads/veggies, sandwiches, cheese and crackers etc etc. Just eat whatever food you like that fits in your allotted calories0 -

Greek yogurt with fruits and muesli
Cottage cheese with fruits
Omelette
Scrambled eggs
Nut butter on toast
Poached eggs on toast
Quinoa porridge
