    Dinner leftovers.

I don't eat in the morning but I agree that if you do, it doesn't have to be 'breakfast' foods. Leftovers are great, as well as soups, salads/veggies, sandwiches, cheese and crackers etc etc. Just eat whatever food you like that fits in your allotted calories :)

My go to fast breakfast is instant lower sugar Quaker oatmeal brown sugar with 1/2 or 1/4 cup of pre cooked turkey sausage crumbles. Sounds weird but is actually really good and with my keurig for the hot water only takes about 5 min to make. Plus if you are in a hurry you can mix it all up in a red solo cup and eat on the go. Hey, it's cheap and fast :p

Ooooh, that would be good with the maple and brown sugar oatmeal! I just put turkey sausage on my grocery list..thanks!
