You're not alone. It's on my list of grossest things.
I tried Halo Top Cookies/Cream and it tasted like chemicals. Maybe other flavors are good, but not that one. I'll stick to a tiny bit of the real thing.
That was the one for me too!
I'd be curious to try a different flavor someday, but no time soon.
I'd rather take the calorie hit on a serving of gelato or my fav ice cream brands.0 -

Knudsen? I'll have to check them out. I bought some "Kroger Simple Truth Organic Low Fat Cottage Cheese" once and it was disgusting. Trying to eliminate dairy but sometimes I get the craving for full fat cottage cheese or yogurts.1 -

I've never seen that brand where I live. My favorite brand is Friendship 2%. Delicious. How anyone eats that Breakstone's stuff is beyond me.1 -

Lol, most of this is amateur stuff. The stuff we consumed in the 80's was downright foul. Desiccated liver, powdered aminos you mixed with juice to choke it down, and protein shakes that were really muddy.

They're mung (not dung) bean noodles and they're good. You put them in spring rolls and stir-fried stuff like pancit. They don't really taste like anything - they pick up the flavor of whatever you put them in. Just there for texture and filler I think. They are very delicate-looking (but still firm), almost transparent noodles. Try them some time just for fun!

Omg, you've got to try L-arginine & agmatine in dry powder forms (nasty bitter)....comparison wise, they make caffeine anhydrous & green tea taste tolerable0 -
Several years ago, the IT guy at work brought in some Nutrisystem Mac & Cheese for anyone brave enough to try it. He couldnt stomach it at all.

for me it was Designer Protein's cookies 'n creme protein powder. I swear, the stuff tastes just like liquefied play-doh
Oh god there would have to be so many back when I knew nothing about nutrition and my own caloric values and those in the food I would've consumed.. ate some pretty gross stuff back in the day too!0 -

They go better in stir fries with Asian flavors, or with a peanut sauce (good use for PB2, plus rice vinegar, soy sauce, spices of choice). I like them fine in these contexts, but they're not a substitute for regular spaghetti IMO.
Obligatory on-topic addition (even though I mentioned it on another thread, it more than applies here): Light beer in general, some worse than others.0 -

Once you put the word "organic" on it, all dairy tastes nasty. Organic and low fat, total recipe for disgusting.2 -
