wow loving all the enthusiasm here! im pretty new to this site so i thought we could all just post on this thread updates, good days, bad days ( for support) and lbs lost. unless theres a different way to do it? ill do what the majority of you are doing and put my starting weight monday..because who starts mid week? right? haha1

Today was my weigh in, so I’ll start the March Challenge now. My weight loss goal for March is only 3 lbs. That’s a small short term goal, but it would allow me to reach a major weight loss goal. I’m trying to lose weight slowly at this point, as I adjust towards maintenance.
