 Scale did not want to move for me much this month. HOWEVER, clothes are absolutely more baggy, so I'm losing inches. I'm keeping the faith and grateful for the loss!
 This month I wasn't as vigilant as I've been in the past, (why is there so much candy around during Feb?), and I'm looking forward to a re-dedication in March. See you then. 9 9

            I didn't meet my February goal. But I did lose 3 lbs! Anything is better than nothing. Currently weigh 177. Hopefully march will be much better10

 I had high hopes for February. Things did not go as planned. I got sick middle of the month. Which i am still recovering from. This is preventing me from going to the gym do to my asthma.

            The scale didn't really move for me at all. Unfortunately I was on a 3 week plateau...but I finally lost 3 lbs when I weighed myself March 2nd. Better than nothing I guess?!1
