I exercised four times this past week (after not exercising for at least two months) and even ate like I was supposed to....something's going on with my body that I don't like, because I really should not have gained a pound. I will keep trying though....

So happy!!!!! I broke into the 180s....barely, but i did!!!! and lost 2.5 this week!! I am hoping for another good week and that I meet my monthly goal!!! :glasses: Hope everyone had a great week!0 -

Last day at work today. Hopefully I will soon be feeling refreshed! I will be fitting in lots of exercise! I am planning to keep up with my healthy eating and also drink at the very least 4 litres of water a day if not more. It is TOM at the moment so a maintain is not too bad. Next week I hope there will be a loss!0 -
