31 days... 31 pounds? OK, unrealistic, but I've been averaging almost a pound a day up until this morning and the thought of losing weight slower than that is really unappealing. I'll shoot for 12 and hopefully smash tf out of it.

2 days with calories off the charts dealt me a real setback.
First a birthday celebration, and then injuring my back (and wanting the comfort foods). Worst of all is that I was under my goal yesterday by 200 calories and my weight still went *up* this morning from yesterday morning. I can't even understand how that happened. Definitely not hitting that March goal now, as that would require 10 pounds dropped in a week. Now I'm just hoping to make it back to 275.

Over 2 pounds lost this week! I am thanking crossfit for this. Even though my diet didn't change, I got more running in during my two crossfit workouts. That gave me the cardio boost I needed. Thursday morning protein banana pancakes turned out better. At this rate, I should hit my goal next week!2 -

Challenges for the week: was away at a conference for work. Had to eat out entire time. I did exercise everyday plus a lot of walking. So I am quite surprised that there was any loss at all as I was expecting a gain.

Hooray! I was ready to be happy with 139 and when I stepped on the scale I was pleasantly surprised. I hit my 5 lb goal.
I may have to be more realistic in April, considering Easter and a trip to NYC in the works.4 -

Missed my goal by a little bit, but 10.4 pounds in a little over 4 weeks ain't bad. Especially with that one horrible week in there where I gained 3 pounds.
