    July 21st cals burned = 32 (yes you read that pathetic # right!!!!) 3 mins of intense abs spent right! haha

    I can't wait for tomorrow. In the morning I'm doing a 5k mud obstacle run. That should burn up a lot of calories :happy: I haven't figured out how to log it yet, maybe as an uphill run? Then later in the day a nice bike ride.

    Oh for crying out loud - I totally can't figure out how the map is supposed to work. Who is in first place - if I could even figure out what direction we are supposed to be going in, it might help!!!

    July 22nd is going to be a rest day for me. Resting up for my big plans for triple day!! I'm a little nervous, but I think I can do it...

    I am so glad to hear someone else say that about the map, lol. It makes me crazy to look at it, I have to zoom in to see our boat not on top of another boat and then I cannot see any of the boats in front or behind us!!!!

    July 22, 1335 calories=26.7miles, am so looking forward to tripple day!! I HAVE A LINE UP OF EXERCISE, including: running, spinning, body pump, circuit am not leaving that gym until i see tripple digets!! Captain can you recalculate my earlier miles.I have been rounding off the miles all this time.


    Row on Pals we are going to pump some calorie burning coal into our boat!!

    10.5 miles today. I wish I would have gotten up earlier this morning to do a full 13.1miles (that's a half marathon)... Maybe next triple day... :smile:

    23 July calorie 2795=55.9 miles X3= 167.7miles. I love tripple days!! I was going for 3000 but too tied I had to row to my bed lol next week am going to rest before tripple day. Listern learnt!! Good luck to all my rowing mates hope you get some rest tomorrow if thats okay with you captain!!
