    ACV - apple cider vinegar

Keto - a low carb, high fat diet where your carbs have to be low enough to put you in ketosis so your body will use fat instead of carbs for energy.

    Care to elaborate?

I took it as sarcasm but maybe I'm too naive

Maybe. But 28 posts. Not so sure. Hopefully they come back and tell us!

Can we bring back the Easy Mac thread?

Seconded! I'd much rather eat EasyMac than swig ACV.

Garcina cambogia seems to have dropped in popularity.

Why is there no cookie diet fad?

Why don't you start a cookie challenge? :D

I'm not sure it's even necessary. People already think that's what we're promoting around here.

That is such a valid point. Some of the things I've read in the past couple weeks. Sheesh.

My wife is the cookie mom for our troop - just saying. You do the marketing and I'll supply the crack...I mean cookies (same thing really).

You mean sugar is addictive? B)

My mom did one awhile back. One of those where you eat 'their' nutrient-dense, edible-but-not-hyper-palatable cookies for two meals, plus a "sensible" dinner and lose weight because deficit... but gain back because once you hit goal and go back to eating normally... well, results are what you expect from diets of that ilk.

WebMD has some details on what I mean. I'm not sure which version my mom did, but it sort of surprised me because I'd never thought she'd go for that kind of fad. http://www.webmd.com/diet/a-z/cookie-diet
