Busy day. Took measurements, weight and then did oblique and triceps first thing this morning. Then took my pup to a dog park since she's tolerated my hectic work week and little time for her saving Killer Body for when we got back. Had "assistance" doing Killer so while I'll day I completed it, some was quite sloppy lol.
Here's to surviving day 1!

Finished Day 6 of the Killer Body workout - the number of burpees just doubled, and man oh man, am I feeling the burn, lol. Loving it so far, though! I've also found that if I break the push-ups into sets of 10 reps each, they're actually pretty doable.
Because I started a bit early, the rest days are synced up with the days I'll be travelling to/from places...I'm starting to think maybe I can stick with cranking out the consecutive 30 days. I'll be staying in hostels, but perhaps I can complete the workouts in a park. Either way (break or no break) I'll stick with it and finish with ya'll by the end of April.
