    This is a great motivator.. Thank you so much for starting this challenge..

    Just remember guys that everything is included in the results: weight loss, inches loss, BMI reduction, Body Fat % reduction and of course our workout/exercise. Our overall goal is healthy living not just weight loss. We want to see the weight coming off, the inches coming off, our BMI's coming down to the healthy #'s, body fat % coming down to healthy & healthy exercise/workout minutes.

    Good luck & I'm working on the results. They are almost ready for posting. So, if anyone hasn't posted their info. & wants to be include in the results send them to me asap!

    I am so sorry I haven't logged in :frown: I just moved and I don't have the internet up and going yet in my new place, plus I didn't know where my scale or measuring tape were.....

    I still want to be in this challenge and I hope I can be.... My measurements should be the same (hopfully not bigger) then the ones I first gave you...

    I can give you this weeks measurements first thing Friday morning:smile:

    here is some real good information for you: We have loss a total of 117.75 lbs in 3 weeks & have exercised/worked out a total of 23,884 minutes. Let's go BLC's we are a strong and determined group....

    Hey guys,

    I started off the week in a really great framw of mind and that went down hill quite rapidly (relationship issues) but even though my weight loss isnt great this week I am confident my inches are going to be good! All my clothes are starting to feel diffrent - even my feet have shrunk haha! Will be getting measured tonight so will poat on here asap :) You are all doing great and I am proud of each and everyone of you mwah J xxxx
