I'm 38 and am returning to MFP after 2 years. I was very active and lost over 50 pounds in a little under 6 months. Life happened and everything was just messy, so I just stopped focusing on me. I've gained all that weight and then some. I am so ready to get back on track. Feel free to add me5

I'm staring 38 in face right now.0 -
I added a few of you but I'm always open to more!. I post regularly, like to laugh(mostly at myself), and finally understand that this is a lifestyle and not a quick fix. 70 pounds down...30ish to go. Oh... and I'll turn 38 this month.1

Ha!! Just wait until you get to 51. Everyone else I interact with, seems to be younger than me these days. My customers, my co-workers, my suppliers, my staff, people at social gatherings, etc. I just hired a 58 year old to replace a 25 year old, and I feel so much more comfortable now.4 -
48 and determined
