We're a pretty good group of supportive people who take time out of their day to genuinely help people who WANT it. It sounds like you have an answer/excuse for every suggestion. My next suggestion is to just stay fat. You've been offered plenty of good advice here, I'm done. best of luck

Wow thanks ! That was kind of you. Unfortunately I am not in that part of MA, I'm actually close to Worcester county. Do you know any discount groceries in that area?

This is correct. You don't have to eat them at the same time in order to get all your essential amino acids, but it is rice and beans together that make a complete protein.

How about you try looking for ethic groceries close to you, as well as Walmart, and Dollar Trees, and perhaps an alai's.

    AGAIN

I will GLADLY help you create a shopping list from a regular grocery store with your $5 a day budget. I am a whiz at stretching a dollar, and can make it so you are eating healthy, while losing weight. Now, it's up to you, you can either choose to take advice, and get real help from, all of us here, or you can tell yourself that it can't be done. Bottom line, is that people out there are doing it on $5 a day, and even less than $5 a day. If you want a grocery list that you can afford, just give us all here a shout on this post. You will be loaded with budget grocery shopping lists.

Someone suggested Trader Joes in your other thread. I don't have one near me, but I know some people swear by them. It looks like there's one near you based on a "grocery stores in worcester county ma" google search.

Why would you eat fast food if you're low on money? Spend your food money at stores like Aldi (or whatever cheap store you have available) and load up on oatmeal, beans, veggies, fruits, and tuna..dirt cheap.
It is not expensive to eat healthy/filling.
-also; if you're primarily eating McDonald's that explains why you feel like crap.
