A roast in the crock pot cooked in an awesome gravy made with a mix of beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and a packet of Onion Soup. Once the roast is done I cook some potatoes and carrots separately in beef broth and serve them on the side smothered in the gravy. The meat just melts in your mouth it's so soft after 10 hours or so in the crock pot. We usually eat the leftovers for several days.

Egg salad sandwich. I use greek yogurt instead of mayo, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and red pepper flakes!

Tostadas with lean steak, chopped tomatoes and pickled jalapeno, lettuce and some plain Greek yogurt. I flavored the meat and yogurt with chili powder, cumin, salt pepper and a little oregano.

So yummy and good on calories - under 500 for a very filling serving

Mississippi roast made with venison loin (very lean) instead of beef. It's really good and easy in the crockpot.

Tonight, fried banana oatmeal and turkey sausage patties.

2 pks of instant banana oatmeal (any make)
1/8 cup sugar free organic syrup (any make)
    2 turkey sausage patties (any)
    1 tbs. Smart butter (any)

Prep oatmeal as instructed on box (microwave). Melt butter in non stick pan. Keep at med-high heat. Pour in prepared oatmeal and fry until golden brown ( or to preferred crisp) on both sides. Drizzle syrup on oatmeal.
    Heat turkey sausage in microwave.

Quick and easy. Get creative with it! <3

Courgetti bolognese. The bolognese is something I batch cook, portion out and put in the freezer, so it's a super quick and easy meal for me tonight!
