When people watch me exercise. Or look at me. Or talk to me. Or breathe in my personal space.

    Haha basically.

People who try to talk to you while you're trying to workout......talk to me between sets....not during. I think I might have said this before but people who ask you stupid questions like if you're using a specific machine or squat rack, bench or barbell that's like 10 feet away from you even though clearly you're not. I'm not supersetting and you clearly know this, there's no item on or near it to indicate someone might be using it and yet you still ask me this question. I have had men and women ask me stupid questions like this at the gym, if it's a women and she does it multiple times, she could be naive or trying to talk to me, if it's a man, it's like "Dude...really?". There are times I admit I wanna be an *kitten* and say "Does it look like I'm using it?" but they always catch me in a calm mood so I hold off against it.

When old men try to show me how to do an exercise.... even tho I know I'm doing it right... haha. It's like... I know you were just starring at my *kitten* and you have no idea what exercise I was even doing.

Please define what "old man" means to you....like what age would that be? Is it ok if young men do it?

It's probably ok if a guy (Chad) she's attracted to does it. Clearly she ain't attracted to these old men.

I was using a weighted barbell, and had a couple behind me staring at me. Was so awkward since I was standing front of the mirror. If they wanted it, go and grab a barbell. So I knew they wanted it. So I gave it them. A total joke, and a pain in the *kitten*. They did it again when I took the other weighted barbell, then I moved from there.

What? That's crazy like they wanted you to pick up and set up two bars for them? I wonder if they were watching you workout since they like your routine and wanted to do what you do :)

Yea. It was so awkward. They are newbie. I had a glance. He did not even ask for the weight, he once came close. I thought he's gonna say something. So I offered then fleed to the other side of the gym.

Someone probably told them "hey just look for some ripped dude that knows what he's doing and follow him around creepily" :D

Today at the gym, two young girls with make up on, standing around, were walking up and down like they're in the park.

    1. When people tell me how to do something when I'm not doing the exercise incorrectly and/or when I have my headphones in.
    2. When people talk to me in general with my headphones in.
    3. When people DROP THEIR FRICKIN WEIGHTS ON MACHINES INSTEAD OF SETTING THEM DOWN causing my ears to ring.
    4. When people don't rack their weights on machines/in general, causing my not-incredibly-strong self to have to haul 6 45lb plates back to their normal spot.

Today I went on the chest press, and a guy comes to me and says, can I do 1 set. He came on then doesn't do anything. Then does his set but doesn't go. He ended staying on the machine. I felt like smacking him on his head with a 10kg plate.

Should have told him he needed to move and that you were going to use it.

I should have, just seeing his face irritated me. So I went on a different machine. I was vexed out.

OMG, my gym has an indoor track and I love using it for speed intervals, but lately, it seems like there's ALWAYS some group of people just moseying around it.

And it's cool if you're really walking and stay on the outside lane, but I swear, groups of 3 ladies will come in and just walk and chit-chat - 3 abreast, so you have to ask them to move over every time you lap them. Dude. Get out of my way!

The gym is the new hang out place to chill

    1) When you go right after lunchtime thinking it'd be quiet in the gym only to find a group of 4 gym goers hogging 1 of the only 2 lat pull down stacking machines, one of the two machines for rows and both middle back pull down machines for 20 minutes, continuously talking to each other and rotating as if it was a tea party, most of the time sitting on the machines while doing nothing.

    2) Dropping the weights of a machine with weight stack. Ugh, the noise!

    3) Using the only 10 kg training bar for bench pressing 60 kg.

I hate when someone sits one station for an exaggerated period of time... Like bro if you can lift for that long youre not lifting enough. Grrrr.

The guys who do a nervous pacing routine between sets, wandering and staggering about and breathing hard, and not really caring if they get in the way of others. We get it, bro, you are a beast and need to get that nervous energy out, just look out for others and maybe (gasp) say "excuse me" if you nearly plow into someone.

Today at the gym, a guy on the treadmill wearing a tank top was sweating so bad like he just came out of the shower. The treadmill has drench sweat everywhere. I felt disgusted, plus when he went pass I tried to make sure his sweat does not fall on me. Although I felt bit wetness on my shin. I don't want their sweat to fall on me.

I would but I got an exceptional good deal plus it opened last year. So it's a very good facility. It's just unethical people, plus by changing doesn't mean I won't find those types of people.
