    7/22/11 (I Forgot to report that Day) =161 Calories, 35 Minutes of weights
    7/24/11- 2210 Calories, Ultimate Frisbee, 4 Hours total from 9:30pm-1:45am almost non-stop.
    ^This number is only for 3 hours of what MFP uses because I do not trust their numbers, don't get me wrong I feel like death right now @ 8:45, but that's still a lot. Maybe one day I'll get an HRM =-/ ^

    I had good intentions of walking later in the day but it rained and stormed and thundered, so that was out. Hoping it's fine for a walk tomorrow.

    Hey everyone!

    Hope you are enjoying Double Monday! Here's a few notes for this week.

    Wednesday is a rest day. The only way we get miles that day is for drinking that water! Here's the rest:

    MONDAY >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> DOUBLE DAY !

    WED>>>>>>>>>>> WATER WATER WEDNESDAY !!!
    each team member will be awarded 10 mile per glass of water up to a maximum of 9 glasses (90 miles) !! we could not play this game without trust, so you are all trusted to tell the truth and drink up !!!!

    FRIDAY>>>>>>>>>>> DOUBLE DAY !!!!!


    DOUBLE ATTACK WEEKEND !!!

    Attacking boats that are near you (two in front or any behind) and get their highest cal burns on both SAT AND SUNDAY and TRIPLE that one persons miles !!!!!

    Any questions? Next week we are supposed to be able to pick our rest days, but I am not sure how that will work.

    ROW ON!!!!!

    PS - Guys, if you take a rest day, PLEASE post with a 0 (or send me a pm if you don't want to post to the board) so I am not waiting for your cals. Thanks SO MUCH!!!

    Monday July 25,burn 1525 (x2) = 3050 (/50)= 61miles ,doing jogging in the park for 101minutes and 59 minutes of circuit it was hard that run the sun was blazing but kept going with you guys in mind!! Row on skipper and crew going for a nap, have to wake for my 6a.m. run should really be in bed already so over and out!!

    My thighs are way too sore to do anything else. Tomorrow I'm going to take a full-fledged rest day, and then back to it on Thursday!
