    Hey MFP'ers!

    I'm new, but not new. I was on MFP for a while back in 2012/2013. I have since gotten into personal training and finished my M.A. in Counselling :) I'm primarily back on MFP to watch my food intake while I recover from a back injury.

    I also truthfully missed the social side of things! Living in Ottawa, Canada where it's finally summer and my hockey team is 1 game away from the Stanley Cup Finals! <3

    Hi! I'm new to this site. I'm not new to trying to lose weight... I live near Pittsburgh, PA. I've lost about 110 lbs, so far, and hit a major plateau, and needed something to give me a jumpstart, and help/support to loose the last 85 lbs.
