Hello! I could use some more friends! Help keep me focused. About a year logging and tracking food. Going through some lows and highs right now. If anyone could help point me to some more blogs about how to change my percentages that would be great. Also if anyone has thought about life after logging? Some days I take breaks from it and I constantly think about if I hit my numbers or not.0
